Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • Splash of 7-Up
  • Lime wheel, for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Combine the rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker and shake or stir to blend.
  2. Pour the cocktail into a Collins glass filled with ice and top off with a splash of 7-Up. Garnish with the lime wheel.
